ARTICLE 6 - ACCURATE BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, reduce or cancel the quantities purchased per person, by household or by order. These restrictions could include orders placed by or fromInéa 5 of Article L121-21-8 (Hamon Law) of the Consumer Code:

Your right of withdrawal is only valid before opening your product, if you tell us that you have not opened it then the shipment will be at your expense and the refund will take place only after a thorough verification of the product.

If it turns out that the product was opened then you will have to pay the delivery fee to recover it unlike the first time the delivery was offered.

This system allows everyone to receive a new and never open product so that everyone can use the product in optimal hygienic conditions, for the good of all and to comply with French law we cannot accept your unsealed product.

On the other hand, if the latter has not been opened or is defective (for an exchange) then let us know.
