Retraction time: 14 days.

We mentioned in our terms and conditions of sales that once the product has been unsealed then the right of withdrawal is no longer applicable.

Indeed, according to French law, inparagraph 5 of Article L121-21-8 (Hamon Law) of the consumer code:

"The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts to supply goods that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection"

TENS electrodes are consumables and the use of the neck collar for a few minutes is sufficient to deposit an odor and residue; We're on a product designed to act on the skin.

Indeed, for obvious reasons of hygiene and legal we can not circulate the user masseur to the user.

It is simply unthinkable that a customer should receive the masseur who has already passed by 7 people before him with a smell and residue.
Just like the underwear you order on the internet, once opened then the right of retraction is no longer applicable.

In order to be in the hygiene standards and be in good standing with the HAMON law, then we cannot give your open item to another customer, the customer must receive a new product never opened.

However, as part of the legal guarantee, if your product received is defective, we undertake to change it or explain to you how to make it work.

Your right of withdrawal is only valid before opening your product, if you tell us that you have not opened it then the shipment will be at your expense and the refund will take place only after a thorough verification of the product.

If it turns out that the product was opened then you will have to pay the delivery fee to recover it unlike the first time the delivery was offered.

This system allows everyone to receive a new and never open product so that everyone can use the product in optimal hygienic conditions, for the good of all and to comply with French law we cannot accept your unsealed product.

On the other hand, if the latter has not been opened or is defective (for an exchange) then let us know.
